Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of hair products and for sanitary and quality-control purposes, hair that has been opened from its original packaging or seal, installed, worn, washed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically processed, altered, or otherwise used is not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that an item was defective or incorrect when received.
Please inspect your order carefully before opening, washing, installing, coloring, cutting, or altering the hair.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Jaeestylezzz Xperience promptly after delivery and before using or altering the hair.
Please provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs and/or video of the product
- Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label when applicable
Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to evaluate your claim.
After reviewing the information provided, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, product condition, and applicable law. This may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Change of Mind & Incorrect Selections
Please carefully review your texture, length, color, quantity, and other product selections before submitting your order.
We do not guarantee returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the incorrect length, selecting the incorrect texture or color, purchasing an incorrect quantity, or deciding that the product is no longer wanted.
Coloring & Chemical Processing
Once hair has been colored, bleached, chemically processed, or otherwise altered, it is considered altered merchandise and generally cannot be returned or exchanged.
Coloring and chemical processing can affect the texture, curl pattern, strength, softness, appearance, and longevity of human hair. Results may vary.
For best results, we recommend having chemical services performed by a qualified professional.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and other delivery fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund results from an error for which Jaeestylezzz Xperience is responsible.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact Jaeestylezzz Xperience first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
When responding to a payment dispute or chargeback, Jaeestylezzz Xperience may provide relevant transaction documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including order records, customer communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product information, and the policies applicable to the transaction.
Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available under applicable law or through their payment provider.
