These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Jaeestylezzz Xperience website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the product description, pricing, selections, and applicable store policies before completing your purchase.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs, descriptions, specifications, and other information.
Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture, curl pattern, strand appearance, color, and other characteristics may occur.
Product appearance may also vary because of lighting, screen settings, styling, selected length, quantity, installation method, coloring, and maintenance.
Product Quantities
Unless a particular product listing states otherwise, our standard bundles contain approximately 100g of hair per bundle.
Our general fullness guide is:
2 Bundles / 200g: Full
3 Bundles / 300g: Extra Full
4 Bundles / 400g: Super Full / Bora Bora-Inspired
These are general styling recommendations and do not guarantee an identical finished appearance for every customer.
Head size, installation technique, selected length, desired style, stylist technique, and personal preference can affect the finished result.
Crochet Hair
Crochet products are packaged differently from standard bundles.
Unless otherwise stated in a particular product listing, one crochet pack contains two bundles.
Each bundle contains approximately 50 strands / 115g, providing approximately 100 strands / 230g total per pack.
Customers are responsible for reviewing individual product specifications before purchasing.
Hair Coloring
Our natural-color human hair may be professionally colored.
For lighter, brighter, or more vibrant custom colors, we recommend purchasing 613 hair because its lighter starting shade generally provides an easier base for coloring.
We recommend having bleaching, coloring, and other chemical services performed by a qualified professional.
Chemical processing may change the hair’s texture, curl pattern, softness, strength, longevity, or appearance.
Jaeestylezzz Xperience does not guarantee the outcome of coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, or other alterations performed after delivery.
Hair Care & Reuse
With proper care and handling, human hair may be reused for multiple installations.
Hair should be washed and conditioned before the first installation and before every reinstall.
Hair may also be washed, conditioned, moisturized, and gently detangled while installed when appropriate for the installation and style.
Installation and takedown directly affect the condition and potential reusability of hair. Cutting the hair during removal, excessive pulling, tangling, improper removal, excessive heat, improper storage, or chemical overprocessing can reduce its lifespan.
After takedown, hair should be gently detangled, cleansed, conditioned, completely dried, and properly stored before reuse.
Because maintenance, installation, removal, products, heat exposure, and chemical processing vary between customers, we do not guarantee a specific number of installations or a specific lifespan for the hair.
Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before purchase, including product, texture, length, color, quantity, and shipping information.
Submission of an order does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.
We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to cancel and refund an order because of suspected fraud, payment irregularities, pricing errors, product availability issues, security concerns, or other legitimate business reasons.
Prices & Website Errors
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, descriptions, and website information.
Typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate information may occasionally occur.
Where legally permitted, we may correct errors and cancel affected orders. Appropriate refunds will be issued when required.
Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions
Orders may be reviewed for suspected fraud or payment irregularities.
We reserve the right to preserve transaction records and provide relevant documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, or appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, respond to disputes, protect our legal rights, or comply with applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, website providers, and other technology or service providers.
Certain delays, outages, or service failures caused solely by third parties may be outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
Original Jaeestylezzz Xperience branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, website copy, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jaeestylezzz Xperience is not responsible for damage resulting solely from improper installation, improper removal, customer misuse, excessive heat, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, or chemical processing performed after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia, without limiting consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
The version in effect at the time of a transaction will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
